Shipping and Return Policies
SHIPPING POLICY
We take pride in our shipping speed. 90% of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Our fulfillment center is open Monday - Friday from 8AM to 4PM PST, we do not operate over weekends and holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped out the following business day.
We offer subsidized shipping on all domestic (USA) orders.
Please use a physical address if you have one, PO box shipping takes substantially longer, and we do not have any ability to expedite the shipping process to a PO Box Address.
Delivery Failure: In the unlikely event that you receive a notification that your package has been delivered, but does not appear at your home location, please send us an email containing your order number and verified shipping address within 5 days of the failed delivery. If you do not email us within the 5 days, we do not have any ability to file a claim, or get your order reshipped or refunded.
RETURN POLICY
CHANGED YOUR MIND? No problem! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase (assuming all items are unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging). Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund you the price of the item(s) you wish to return minus the return shipping cost. We do not issue refunds or returns after the 14 business day window. All refunds will go back to the original form of payment.
To start a return, please reach out to info@catedralmezcal.com to begin all return requests. Returns that are shipped back to us WITHOUT prior approval from us will not be refunded.
*Catedral De Mi Padre reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return if the return is refused.
*All sale items are final purchases. No exchanges or refunds on sale items. On all sale promotions, no price adjustments can be made on prior purchases.
